The St. Paul Sail Power Squadron received its charter from USPS on November 11, 1963, and we’re planning to celebrate our 60th anniversary on the same day this year – November 11, 2023. It’s time to join together with members and friends, past and present, to commemorate that red-letter day in 1963 and our journey through the last sixty years.
The venue will be the Pool and Yacht Club in Lilydale, where many previous St. Paul Squadron events were held. The mood for the evening will be light, with lots of time to mingle, to renew acquaintances and to meet current members and new friends. There will be lots of pictures and other memorabilia to help get the stories and reminiscences started. (Please don’t hesitate to bring some of your own!)
Of course, we look forward to a great turnout. We’re hoping to have all our (living) Past Commanders present, either in person or via video message. It will be a special treat to see our one remaining charter member, P/C Bob Losinski, and hear his account of how we all began.
Attire? Comfortable and celebratory; no need for formality.

5:00 – Social Hour: Cash Bar and Hors d’oeuvres
6:00 – Buffet Dinner
7:00 – Short Program; Cake and Champagne
The cost to attend is $35.00 per person.
